M & P came to Gabriel's game & we went to lunch with them... Our post basketball game lunches have been so nice the past couple of months. I am so glad they came to this game later in the season bc Gabriel has really transformed into a little 🏀🏀 player. 

I ordered AZ a grilled cheese at chilis.   I thought he'd tear it up.... But most of it ended up on the  floor & later I realized was stuck to his hiney. He really liked sonic's.

This girl.  Melts my ❤️ she told me she wanted to wear a dress... And then! Then she put on all her jewelry.

Ha! I put this in him just for grins around Christmas.... Because, yeah! Babies are so cute in tutus! He found it in the costume box and motioned me to put it on him.  

These two.  Up at 6:40 on Sunday morning.  They wanted to play together in the closet. Yes!! Thank you, Jesus!

And... Topping 😉😉 off the weekend with a little Roy Roy's. Topping...😂😂. Didn't even plan that. But really- this made me miss the venables!!! Roy made a way healthier version.  Flat bread, eggplant, sausage, green olives and a scant amount of mozzarella. It. Was. Delicious!  And even better because we ate it after the younger 2 were in bed. 😊

Tea party. On a Monday afternoon

Seriously.  This doll starts kinder in 5 months. I'm trying to soak up every Monday and Wednesday i can with her.  She said she wanted to have a party. 

She started off wearing AZ's courdoroy jacket and g's black hat.  I said lets out on a dress.  She asked if I was going to. I said- sure!!!

She even wore pearls 😊 and added a pink bow to her crown. 

We put in makeup too. 

She wanted to know how to eat and drink without making her lipstick come off. 

And we actually had real food and drinks. Fizzy water. Naturally.

Grammy stopped by.  I offered her a burrito.  And AZ decided he like it.  Ate half.

Jubi did this right before  bed. I told her to get in bed or pick up toys. She decided to tidy up everything.

She also talked me into getting her this active wear set at SAMs on Monday. $4.81. How could I deny her? It was practically a steal.  

She told me we'd match.. Thinking about what I wear to work. 

She was also working on me to buy this adorable raincoat with ladybugs on it and a ladybug face on the hood… It was $16 for what seemed to be a very cheap coat. Good thing I came to my senses and decided to pass on it.  It seem like the snaps were going to tear apart after you used them about seven times. 

Then she wanted a fort for nap time. 

I love this... Trying to reduce our collection of paper though..

So thankful we got to visit DL.  we had to cancel our trip 2 weeks ago because AZ was running fever. Thankfully, Grammy could come with us.  

As we turned in on belt line we noticed something very exciting.

Aside from the first 3 minutes, this boy spent the entire hour at the park by the water. 

He spotted these tortugas. 

He was mad that I didn't let him bring his net to scoop. "Really mad". 

We found some ducklings. 

Can't see it very well, but I love the blue- billed duck. 

G requested 2 burgers & I obliged him. 

Climbing Dorothy Lou's trees. 

One of the highlights of my trip was meeting DLs neighbor, Mr. Campbell. He told us all about  his beehive. Gabriel and jubi got to jump on the tramp & then g decided to shoot some hoops. The goal was at least 9-10 feet. He made the first shot!!!

DL- as usual,  warned us she'd break the camera.  Hasn't happened yet. 

It is simply remarkable how this woman just doesn't seem to age.  Remembering kameron's name (we mentioned Emily's friend from HS).  And then mom was talking about her next cruise & DL popped off the date mom was leaving. The things she remembers!
