Miss mustache

Fall of 2013 was the first time I gave the stove the mustache. Gabriel was dressing up as Capt. Hook for storybook day at school. I gave him a black Capt. Hook stache and Jubilee a pink one. 

So from time to time Jubilee will ask for mustache.

Last night she asked for a mustache for school this morning. I didn't think anything of it. I told her we could do it one time. Then later I got a little panicky and had to text the director to make sure it was okay. 

For the record my mustache creating skills are normally much better than this, but we were in quite a rush this morning.

  I was so relieved by her response. So thankful I avoided a morning meltdown over a mustache. 

Five months and A new trick

10 o'clock tonight after a bath and half of the feeding I laid him down on the floor on his back and went to the potty. Came back and found him like this. 

Then I rolled him back over and tried  to see if he would do it again and he lost it.

How can this sweet blessing be five months already? We actually are over a week late  taking these pics because of spring break and great grandparent trips. AZ is such a happy baby. I love to get him giggling. He belly laughed a couple of times late at night. He's the most growly baby I have ever had. He's very sweet. loves  nursing. Sleeping through the night. Taking good naps. Hallelujah. Just yesterday he started smacking his lips quite a bit and rubbing his gums with his tongue. There must be teeth on the Horizon. 

He's also just discovered a love for his toes.

Not really a big fan of the Bumbo. Not sure it was a fluke but he actually lasted longer tonight in the rocker than ever before. Without pacifier and vibrating switch.  He usually does not even like to sit in the rocker. I only find this strange because my other two loved it. 

Sugar and Spice

I don't know why I have with this on the refrigerator for over two years. I just thought  the idea it was so cute. And thought that it couldn't be more true about my Jubilee. 

She made this in Miss Olga and miss talons class.  When she was about this size. Oh gosh.  I love that skirt.  Those shoes.  And those little sprouty pigtails.

I've told this little one many times that if she would keep her toes out of her mouth I would paint them. I told her the same thing about her fingers. She's managed to do pretty well on the toe part lately. And I did say "pretty well ".

Jubi turned 4🎂🎂🎂🎂

I cannot believe this wonderful little girl is 4 now. 

What a spunky fun loving little girl we have. She is often humming or singing a song. Her voice is very melodic. She loves watching Octonauts and playing with her cash register. She also loves Legos and just about everything that her brother loves… Star Wars.

And sadly the fourth birthday also brings along for shots in the thighs . She made it through it though and decided on a donut at Shipley's.

And since our addition in October Jubi has taken an interest in caring for all of her baby dolls. She nurses them, pumps for them, changes their clothes and diapers, pushes them around and strollers ,  and gives them lots of love. 

Notice they have matching bunny footed sleepers. Too cute.

Valentines day 2015

Ready for school.

This little boy is the cutest thing in her class. He was whistling while putting together his Valentines bag. Completely adorable. I would have taken a video if his parents had not been right there… Didn't want to creep them out. Jackson.

I was so proud of the kids this year. They wrote all of their own valentines. Gabriel was even figuring out how to spell his friends names. 

This was a fun game of turn the lights out and throw around the glow-in-the-dark Catapillar

And I can't remember now if when I got to go on a Valentine's Date…?

If I didn't have this precious bundle attached to me right now I would get up and find a picture of our first Valentine's Day date. I may or may not still have the skirt that I wore. It's pretty cute. Red bandanna denim type material.
